How would it feel to set down the belief that you have to “earn” or “prove” your worthiness?

We tell ourselves these stories of conditional worthiness all the time—that simply being as we are is not enough, and that changing something about ourselves or our lives will make us enough.

This paradigm is so mainstream in our culture that most of us don’t even question it.

We assume that’s the way it is, and we devote an incredible amount of energy looking for our worthiness outside of ourselves.

We look for our worthiness in all kinds of places: other people’s approval, material possessions, prestige, accomplishments, the perfect body/relationship/house/job…

Why is it that no matter how many of these boxes we check, our self-worth still feels out of reach? How is it that regardless of how much we prove ourselves, we still end up feeling inadequate?

It’s because our worthiness doesn’t live in any of those milestones or metrics.

It lives inside of us.

Our worthiness is an intrinsic element of who we are, as ever-present as our heartbeat.

The more we go looking for it outside of ourselves, the farther we wander from it.

It’s time to start embracing the truth about your worthiness—that it’s already here, and all you have to do is reconnect with it.

And when you do, you start showing up with more courage and authenticity, and you free up your energy to make an even greater positive difference in the lives of those you touch.
