MY APPROACH
Welcome, dear human! I’m Erin.
I’m a homegrown Seattleite, people-loving introvert, nature bather, nonfiction bookworm, creative dreamer, truth teller, and old soul.
I love helping people access greater authenticity, release conditioned ways of being, and step into their intrinsic worth and natural brilliance through one-of-a-kind programs and coaching.
Nothing lights me up more than helping people experience new levels of well-being, fulfillment, connection, and joy—all by unlocking the inner freedom to simply be who they are.
The art of authentic, empowered living isn’t something we learned in school (and in fact, most of us internalized the opposite). We do our best to get by with what we picked up from role models along the way, but rarely does this give us the kind of nuanced, personalized guidance we’re truly seeking.
I’m passionate about illuminating everything we never learned about finding inner alignment and building genuine connection.
Most of us never learned:
How to love and accept ourselves
How to discern between our fear and our intuition, and trust the latter
How to set healthy boundaries in a clear, kind way
How to move through conflict, heartbreak, and pain without self-abandoning
How to examine and unlearn our conditioning
How to be courageous and vulnerable
Now more than ever, these skills are vital to our thriving.
They may not be simple or easy, but trust me, they can be learned—and we’re going to need them if we want to create a kinder, more beautiful world together.
Here’s what I want for us:
To stop wasting time stuck in reactive patterns, drama, unhealthy relationship dynamics, unproductive conflicts, and stressful self-talk.
To live with more intention, presence, and freedom.
To be more grounded and compassionate; more connected, authentic, and resilient.
To remember who we are, and open our hearts to each other.
To seek and create joy so we can savor the everyday magic of being alive.
To feel worthy, and whole.
