Are you ready to release the habit of taking so much energetic responsibility for everyone and everything in your life?

If you internalized the notion that showing up well for your people and commitments means constantly tracking everyone, managing everything, anticipating people’s needs, fixing people’s emotional discomfort, and giving 150%… you’re not the only one.

Many of us have internalized a strong sense of responsibility to take care of everyone and everything else around us, and attend to our own feelings and needs last (if at all)—that somehow this is what being a “good friend/partner/parent/leader/person” means.

But let’s be real for a moment…

If this kind of emotional and energetic over-functioning in our relationships and lives produced the results we wanted, wouldn’t we be feeling a whole lot more grounded, connected, nourished, and joyful by now?!

I’ve seen a new truth emerge in my own experience, and in the experiences of so many of my clients:

The more we turn inward and attune with our own experience and needs, the more genuinely resourced we become to care well for the people and commitments that matter to us—and the more we end up feeling truly connected and given to in return.

I’ve created this 7-day challenge to support people who sometimes struggle (like I have) with:

  • Feeling a compulsive drive to take on and "fix" other people's issues and uncomfortable feelings

  • Self-abandoning without even realizing it, and often finding themselves in unbalanced relationship dynamics where they give more than they receive

  • Having trouble hearing their own inner voice in the presence of others' feelings and opinions

  • Often finding themselves unintentionally in the 'rescuer' or 'giver' role with people

  • A tendency to empathize so deeply that they merge with others, and lose track of their own feelings and needs

  • Spending a lot of time and energy worrying about other people's dilemmas and trying to solve and manage them

  • Feeling 'on the hook' for guiding people in their lives through hard things, and sometimes feeling resentful when their advice isn't heeded or their support isn't appreciated

Join this free ‘mini-journey’ to gain tools and awareness that will help you become more centered and self-honoring!

Here's how it works:

  1. Sign up and you'll receive an email with a link to join a private group in Telegram (a free secure messaging app).

  2. Starting Monday 3/27, I'll host a live audio call in the group once a day to share a simple, powerful concept that will help you become more centered and self-honoring in your life and relationships.

  3. Audio recordings of these daily calls will be uploaded in the group for you to play back at your convenience—you don’t need to worry about missing a call. Telegram allows you to listen to the audio recordings in the background (even when your screen is off or other apps are open) so it’s as easy as listening to a podcast.

  4. Participants are welcome to share reflections, questions, and 'aha' moments in the group chat so we can all explore together and support one another.

Here’s what’s included:

  • 7 exclusive audio trainings

  • A supportive Telegram chat & community with coaching from Erin

  • Simple but powerful daily mindset work to become more centered and self-honoring in your life

Transparency Note: This challenge is one way I'm connecting people with my Overcoming Codependency Program starting April 4th, so you'll hear me share about the program throughout. If the program resonates with you, fantastic—and if not (or if you already took it), no problem. I've designed the challenge so you'll still get a ton of value from it regardless!
